Support Coordination for NDIS Participants

Project Enable provides a wide array of services to support NDIS participants so they can maintain choice and control over their NDIS plans. These plans can be complex, so Project Enable offers expert support co-ordination and guidance to help participants navigate new or existing NDIS plans.

Not only do we provide links to the right providers in government, community and mainstream services, we are there every step of the way to negotiate costing and inclusions, ensure service agreements are complete, and that bookings and appointments are meeting expectations.

What We Do

SUPPORT COORDINATION

We focus on supporting you to direct your life, not just the services you choose
SUPPORT CONNECTION

We will assist you to understand all the aspects of your plan, assist in ongoing management of supports, and answer questions you have as they arise
DECISION MAKING

This is a time limited support designed to assist a you to develop and maintain a daily budget, including assisting in planning purchases
LIFE STAGE TRANSITION

Establishing volunteer assistance within your home and/or community to develop skills
ACCOMODATION / TENANCY

Support is provided to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure you obtain and/or retain appropriate accommodation
CARING AND DEDICATED
