FINDING & KEEPING A JOB

Workplace Assistance is support that enables you to successfully obtain and/or retain employment in the open or supported labour market. We provide this support to any working age participant - including students reaching working age - with an employment goal.

This may include supports that help you:

• Explore what work would mean for you 

• Work out what type of job or industry you would like to work in and having the opportunity to explore this

• Have the opportunity to build your skills for work

• Helping you to work through barriers that you may have that are preventing your from working

• Support to help you transition from an Australian Disability Enterprise to open employment

• Develop your own individual career plan

• Build your skills and capacities to link with a Disability Employment Service, while being supported to develop a relationship with a DES that understands you and your employment goals.
