Support Coordination
Project Enable’s Support Coordination services assist you to build the skills and understanding how you can use your NDIS plan. An assigned Support Coordinator works directly with you to ensures a mix of supports are used to increase capacity to maintain relationships, live more independently, and be included in the community.
The Project Enable team offer face to face, real time meetings in your own place of choice. We can also provide additional support via phone, zoom or email at times when you may not be able to meet face to face. We work with anyone as you have an NDIS plan regardless of it being your first plan or tenth!
